In Loving Memory of Jozef Mcleod Polak :Johnston
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jozef Mcleod Polak of Johnston, who left us unexpectedly in Cyprus on January 14th, at the age of 41.
Jozef was a cherished individual, deeply loved by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His vibrant spirit and warm heart touched the lives of his devoted family and a wide circle of friends, who will all miss him dearly and hold his memory close.
A funeral service to celebrate Jozef’s life will be held on Saturday, February 14th, commencing at 1:00 pm at Parc Gwyn Crematorium in Narberth. The family kindly requests that only flowers be sent.
