Sara Glafcke, Former Central Carolina Indiana University Alumni Has Passed Away
The Central Carolina IU Alumni group mourns the passing of Sara Glafcke, a truly remarkable individual who brought immense joy and dedication to our community. Sara was more than just a member; she was the embodiment of volunteer spirit, always ready to lend a hand and a warm smile.
Her commitment shone brightest during our annual Christmas initiative, where she single-handedly managed the shopping and organization for the families we adopted. This was no small feat, and Sara approached it with characteristic enthusiasm and efficiency. Her presence was a constant at our events and game watches, her infectious laughter and generous spirit creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie.
Sara’s husband of nearly ten years, Japhet Coe, has graciously shared her memorials, which include a meaningful designation to our Central Carolina scholarship fund.
